ABSTRACT - In this work, we evaluated both the incidence of ochratoxigenic fungal species on Vitis vinifera Tannat grapes in Southern Uruguay, and its potential OTA production. The experiment was conducted in twenty-two commercial vineyards during the 2007-2008-2010 growing seasons.

RESUMEN - En nuestro trabajo, evaluamos la incidencia de especies fúngicas ocratoxigénicas en uvas viníferas de la variedad Tannat en el sur del Uruguay y su potencial producción de OTA en los vinos. El experimento se llevó a cabo en 22 predios comerciales de la variedad Tannat en la región sur del Uruguay durante las vendimias 2007-2008-2010.

RIASSUNTI - In questo lavoro, abbiamo valutato sia l'incidenza delle specie fungine ocratoxigeniche sulle uve Vitis vinifera Tannat nel sud dell'Uruguay, sia la sua potenziale produzione di OTA. L'esperimento è stato condotto in ventidue vigneti commerciali durante le stagioni 2007-2008-2010. |
